Our clients are investors, both local and long distance, who own property in Muncie and surrounding areas for the purpose of investment and return. We have several investors locally that we work for, as well as many who are from different areas of the country, including California and Hawaii. We understand the need for help maintaining rental and investment properties, especially for someone who has multiple properties. We do work for private homeowners, however, the largest portion of our client base is made up of real estate investors, and we would like to recognize a few of them below.
