Complete Property Care, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer. At this time, we are taking applications, but we are not currently hiring. However, if you would like to be considered for a position, when it comes available, you may fill out an application now, and it will be kept on file. There are three choices for positions you may put on your application. The first is cleaning, which entails that you would be responsible for cleaning out rental units after a tenant has vacated, or after the maintenance crew is finished working. You may also be responsible for cleaning the office. The second position is maintenance. Maintenance crews are responsible for general day -to- day maintenance of rental units, and also prepare vacant units to be rented. Third, our office staff is responsible for data entry, billing, answering telephone calls, client intake, correspondence, dispatching maintenance requests, and general clerical duties.
